Bio
Bobby is a boots-on-the-ground certified residential appraiser who is one of the founders of the National Association of Appraisers (NAA). He is also one of the founding members of the Association of Texas Appraisers (ATA), which today is one of the largest state organizations with nearly 600 members. Bobby, like many appraisers, had a residential firm prior to the meltdown and started a local Appraisal Management Company in efforts to help other appraisers keep some of their (as well as his own) longstanding clients. Running an AMC was not for Bobby and within a couple of years he and his business partner shut down the AMC. He is an educator and an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor who has also authored and co-authored appraisal courses. Bobby is a veteran of the US Air Force. He is married to Doni (40 years). They have three children and five grandchildren. If you want to talk about baseball, he's all ears!
